Cerro Amigos is the highest mountain in the area and the view from the top is spectacular. On a clear day you can see the Arenal Volcano, the Arenal Lake, the cloud forests of the Monteverde and Santa Elena Reserves and the Peñas Blancas Valley as well as the Pacific Ocean and the Nicoya Gulf.
